These are short-term packages that accommodate a lot of work into a shorter spell, in order to achieve results a lot quicker. Whether you want a body to be proud of for the summer (Beach-Fit), are preparing for a long-distance running event (Ready-to-Run) or preparing for a wedding, maybe even your own (Wedding-Fit) then these are the packages that guarantee you will be ready in time. Of course, you may have other reasons for wanting to "get fit quick", which are equally valid, and these packages are also available to anybody who wants to change their shape in a faster time-frame.

- 1 session a week for 6 weeks
